Booking Terms & Conditions
“High Pass Adventure Trek” provides all tourism related services like tour, trekking, climbing, biking, rafting, jungle safari, Motor biking tour and Kailash Yatra packages which are listed in our website. Please read carefully the “Terms and Conditions” before proceeding to the online booking form.
Trip Booking
We highly recommend you to book the trip package in advance, prior to Nepal arrival. That will be best for keeping pre-booked trips on high priority and it gives us enough time for arrangement for your trip in Nepal.
Payment-Process
Travelers need to pay at least 25% of total contracted price in advance for all packages to secure the trip. Due amount, travelers can pay after your arrival to Kathmandu or before your departure for the trips.
Payment Mode
The Payment mode for the trip is highly flexible and easy. You can pay through bank transfer or western money transfer or cash for the trip cost and deadlines for full payment.
Passport, Visa and Travel Insurance
We strongly suggest our client to have a valid passport for six months and at least two copies of passport size photos. We also suggest you to go for full health insurance before traveling to Nepal. Recommendations or requirements for purchasing travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, or some unforeseen circumstances.
Risk and Compensation
Travelers should understand certain risks and dangers that might occur during the course of a trip. It will be because of harsh mountain terrain and environmental forces such as weather conditions and health conditions of trekkers. .
Booking Cancelation Policy
If cancelation by High Pass Trekking
If incase, High Pass Adventure Trekking company cancels the trip, we will notify you at earliest and refund your 100% deposit you have made. But we don’t have a compensation policy.
If cancelation by Clients
Only 75% of trip deposit is refundable if cancelation is made 30 days prior the trip
Only 50% of trip deposit is refundable if cancelation is made 25 days prior the trip
Only 40% of trip deposit is refundable if cancelation is made 15 days prior the trip
Trip deposit is non-refundable cancelation is made 7 days prior the trip
If you want to changes in Booking
We will be more than happy to change the booking you have made with High Pass Adventure Trekking and it will not cost any extra charge. But in case of changes in flight schedule and the hotel, clients are liable to pay extra cancellation charge as per their policy.
Last Minute Booking
We will be delighted to accommodate your last-minute booking for Nepal trips with full payment due seven days prior to the tour's start. Please note that unfortunately, we are unable to accept last-minute bookings for trips outside of Nepal
Emergency Evacuation
It is important to understand that High Pass Adventure Trekking is not liable for any case of emergency evacuation and rescue. It means the cost for emergency evacuation and rescue must be paid by clients themselves but the rescue arrangements are conducted by High Pass Adventure Trekking. Helicopter service costs around $1,825 to $2,500 USD per hour. If you are insured prior traveling, we help you arrange all the necessary documents as a support for compensation in the client's Insurance Company.
Emergency Cancelation of Trip
In case of harsh weather conditions, flight cancellation, landslide, political instability and other unfavorable conditions, High Pass Adventure Trekking has all right to cancel the trip. However, we can arrange the best alternative trip that covers your payment. Note- if the tour is canceled midway due to natural disaster or unfavorable condition then the amount is not refundable which is once paid.
Responsibilities of the Traveler
It’s important to be responsible and mindful of some aspects
Respect Nature: Maintain a Leave No Trace ethic. Carry out all your trash, avoid disturbing wildlife, and respect the flora and fauna. If you are doing a camping trek, use designated campsites and trails to minimize environmental impact.
Cultural Sensitivity: Respect local customs, traditions, and beliefs. Dress modestly and seek permission before taking photos of locals or their properties. Learn basic greetings and phrases in the local language—it shows respect and helps in communication.
